About Me
I’m a loving father and a partner, a devoted family man and a friend, with a passion for how to live well and how to inspire others to do the same.
My journey through the science of fitness and longevity started over twenty years ago. Over the years I’ve tried and tested numerous dietary and workout regimens on myself and others. I often felt bloated, was regularly sick and had major anger management issues.
Only after I changed my diet and started eating real food around the age of 32 things took a turn. At about the same time I was re-introduced to mediation and cold exposure. The pieces started to fall together. I felt so much better, fat melted off my belly, I slept better and had more energy throughout the day, and I learned to remain calm in the most stressful situations. I stopped having the uncontrolled emotional outbursts that were harming me as well as my closest ones.
I was too excited not to share it with the world.
Yet, despite my life-long participation in sports I still struggled to maintain the daily motivation to exercise. Being aware of the importance of daily movement I had to come up with a sustainable solution. With the help of daily meditation and cold exposure, I built enormous mental resilience and created a structure that kept me on the path in the long run.
This discipline inevitably translated into all areas of my life. I learned that
there is no finish line to get to, just love the journey!
I’m only interested in a holistic approach to health and happiness. I now understand that the approach to optimising a human body is highly individual. To me, the most important thing is to teach clients how to make their own correct decisions and structure their path to a long and functional life. No one is going to figure out your specific requirements as well as you will! Stop paying the system to keep you sick! Take your health and well-being into your own hands!
I like to regularly spend time alone with myself and look into my mind. To sort out my primal human functions. To face the discomfort regularly. To learn to let go of my preconceived notions and attachments. To give back to others.
It is our duty to spend our lifetime learning and practising what’s best for us and for the world around us! We are sitting on the knowledge our ancestors spent hundreds of thousands of years gathering and sharing. We must build on that and pass the knowledge on!
I don’t compare myself to others but to my yesterday self.
